Order Processing TimeAll placed orders are processed and delivered in 2 business days which is from Sunday to Thursday in Cairo. However, all orders placed in other governorates of Egypt other than Cairo & Giza will be delivered from 3 to 5 business days. Delivery Address Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Tracking Your OrderOnce your order has been sent for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package.

 

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@viva1960.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • It’s Absorbent. Viscose rayon does not trap heat, but it also absorbs water and sweat nicely, making it great for t-shirts and athletic wear. It’s Lightweight. Viscose is extremely airy, which makes it nice for blouses and summer dresses. It’s Breathable, It’s a very light fabric that doesn’t stick to the body, so it’s optimal for warm weather clothing. It’s Soft, while the material looks like silk, it feels like cotton.

  • Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle,
